Abstract
This document specifies the product types, markings, requirements, and test methods, inspection rules, labels and accompanying documents, packaging, storage, road transportation, and safety of alcohol-based liquid fuels mainly composed of methanol, with the addition of water and blue colorants.
This document applies to civilian alcohol-based liquid fuels used in combustion appliances. Industrial alcohol-based liquid fuels should be implemented in accordance with this document.
