GB/T 12727-2017

This standard specifies the general requirements for the qualification of safety-grade electrical equipment and its interface components in nuclear power plants, including qualification principles, qualification methods, and qualification procedures. This standard applies to the initial qualification, maintaining the qualification status, and extending the qualification lifespan of safety-grade electrical equipment in nuclear power plants, as well as to the qualification of equipment after modification. When the requirements of this standard are met, the qualification documents formed can be used to demonstrate the equipment's ability to perform safety functions under in-service conditions (including design reference events) and reduce the risk of common-cause failures. Other equipment requiring qualification can refer to this standard. This standard does not address environmental stress levels and equipment performance requirements.
