Abstract
This document specifies the electric shock protection category, safety, marking, warning statements, and technical requirements for chargers used with electric bicycles, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to chargers used with electric bicycles that comply with the provisions of GB 17761. This document does not apply to charging facilities such as on-board chargers for electric bicycles, charging/replacement cabinets, charging piles, and rapid charging stations.
