Abstract
This standard specifies the instruments and equipment, test items, test procedures, test interruption and processing, and reports and records for ground-simulated electron beam irradiation tests of space-grade solar cells.
This standard applies to space-grade solar cells, including monocrystalline silicon solar cells, germanium-based single-junction gallium arsenide solar cells, germanium-based triple-junction gallium arsenide solar cells, flip-chip triple-junction gallium arsenide solar cells, flip-chip quad-junction gallium arsenide solar cells, and other types of space-grade solar cells for electron irradiation testing.
