GB/T 7184-2008

This standard specifies the measurement methods and rating criteria for the vibration of non-rotating and non-reciprocating components of reciprocating diesel engines. Axial vibration (including torsional vibration) is not within the scope of this standard.
This standard applies to reciprocating piston diesel engines with rigid or flexible supports, which are typically used in low-speed trucks, three-wheeled vehicles, tractors, irrigation pumps, marine main engines, marine auxiliary engines, and generator sets, etc.
This standard also applies to auxiliary machines driven by reciprocating machines or used to drive reciprocating machines. In this case, they should be evaluated according to relevant standards and classifications.
