GB/T 26332.1-2010 Optics and optical instruments—Optical coatings—Part 1:Definitions
Abstract
This part of GB/T 26332 describes the coated surfaces of optical components and substrates of all coatings except ophthalmic optics (eyeglasses), and establishes standard expressions for relevant parameters. It defines surface characteristic parameters and their inspection and detection methods, but does not explain their processing methods.
This part defines terms related to optical films. These terms are divided into four categories: basic definitions, definitions of films by function, definitions of common film defects, and other definitions.
