Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection procedures, inspection rules, marking, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of metal furniture. This standard applies to the general technical requirements of metal furniture primarily constructed from metal materials. Other furniture with metal components may be implemented in accordance with this standard. When specific product standards exist, they shall comply with the provisions of the relevant product standards.
