GB/T 33772.1-2017 Quality assessment systems—Part 1:Registration and analysis of defects on printed board assemblies
Abstract
This part of GB/T 33772 specifies the statistical and analytical methods for various processing defects on welded printed board assemblies, and also stipulates two methods for collecting defect ppm (parts per million) data. This part is applicable to effective comparisons of characteristics among products, processes, and production sites, and serves as a basis for improving overall quality. The two methods and functions of collecting defect data specified in this part are as follows: a) Type 1 ppm data: The defect data provided by this method can be used to compare the overall performance of the assembly process, thus achieving statistical purposes. b) Type 2 ppm data: The defect data provided by this method is used for evaluating, analyzing, and controlling individual processing steps.
