GB/T 22079-2019 HV polymeric insulators for indoor and outdoor use—General definitions,test methods and acceptance criteria
Abstract
This standard specifies the common test categories and test methods for the design of polymer insulators, as well as the acceptance or rejection criteria applicable to them. These tests and criteria are designed to ensure that the insulators have a satisfactory service life under normal operating and environmental conditions (see Chapter 5).
This standard defines the general terminology for polymer insulators.
This standard should be used in conjunction with relevant product standards.
This standard applies to polymer insulators composed of one or more organic materials. These polymer insulators include solid and hollow insulators, and are used in high-voltage overhead lines of AC and DC systems, as well as indoor and outdoor equipment.
