GB/T 5511-2008 Cereals and pulses—Determination of the nitrogen content and calculation of the crude protein content—Kjeldahl method
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the nitrogen content in grains, legumes, and derived products using the Kjeldahl method, as well as the calculation method for crude protein content. This method cannot distinguish between protein nitrogen and non-protein nitrogen. If determining the non-protein nitrogen content is very important, other suitable methods can be used.
