Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the operational safety and maintenance of electric passenger vehicles sold and registered within the boundaries of Shanghai City.
This document applies to pure electric passenger vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric passenger vehicles. Fuel cell electric passenger vehicles shall refer to and implement the relevant provisions accordingly.
