GB/T 9695.2-2008 Meat and meat products—Determination of fatty acids
Abstract
This part of GB/T 9695 specifies the method of preparing fatty acid methyl esters from lipids obtained in accordance with GB/T 9695.1, as well as the method of qualitative and quantitative determination of the components of fatty acid methyl ester mixtures by gas chromatography. This part is applicable to the determination of fatty acids in meat and meat products. This part is not applicable to the determination of polymerized fatty acids.
