Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for electric drive systems and components with a maximum operating voltage of Class B. This document describes potential environmental stresses, tests, and recommended requirements under different stress levels on or in vehicles. This document includes general provisions such as definitions, installation positions, and operating modes. This document applies to electric drive systems and components with a maximum operating voltage of Class B; it does not apply to high-voltage battery packs (such as power battery packs) and systems or internal components. Like all other parts of GB/T 42284, this document does not apply to the environmental requirements or tests of the following parts: -- wiring harnesses, cables, and electrical connectors; -- components or parts inside the device (unless otherwise specified); -- system integration of the device and system verification on the vehicle (unless other test requirements are specified).
