Abstract
This document specifies the safety requirements for equipment and facilities, operation and maintenance, inspection and testing, and emergency response of electrochemical energy storage power stations. This document is applicable to the operation, maintenance, inspection, and safety management of lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, flow batteries, and hydrogen production/fuel cell electrochemical energy storage power stations. Other types of electrochemical energy storage power stations may refer to this document for use.
