Abstract
This part of GB/T 1232 specifies the method of using a disc shear viscometer to measure the stress relaxation rate (MSR) of raw rubber or uncured compounded rubber. This method obtains the elastic response characteristics of the material in addition to its viscous response by measuring the Mooney viscosity.
