This document specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of air conditioning units for data centers and communication rooms.
This document is applicable to air conditioning units (hereinafter referred to as "data center air conditioners") that provide a suitable environment for electronic information equipment placed in data centers, communication rooms, and rooms housing computers, data processors, program-controlled switches, servers, network equipment, data storage devices, and other equipment.
