GB/T 30949-2014 Post evaluation standard for water saving irrigation project
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for evaluation organizations and evaluation data in the post-evaluation of water-saving irrigation projects, as well as the content and requirements of process evaluation, economic evaluation, impact evaluation, target and sustainability evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, and evaluation reports.
This standard applies to the post-evaluation of water-saving irrigation projects funded by the government. The post-evaluation of water-saving irrigation projects from other funding sources may be implemented with reference to this standard.
