Abstract
This standard specifies the method of measuring the DC magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials using a ring sample or a magnetic permeability gauge in a closed magnetic circuit. The ring sample method is suitable for ring samples made of laminated sheets, as well as solid ring samples and sintered ring samples.
