Abstract
This standard specifies the dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations of high-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled thick steel plates and steel strips, as well as their technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This standard applies to high-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled thick steel plates and steel strips with a thickness of 3 mm to 60 mm and a width of not less than 600 mm.
