Abstract
1.1 GB/T 20801 specifies the basic requirements for the design, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, and safety protection of industrial metal pressure pipelines.
1.2 This part of GB/T 20801 stipulates the applicable scope of pressure pipelines and basic requirements such as pipeline classification.
1.3 The industrial metal pressure pipelines referred to in this part (hereinafter referred to as "pressure pipelines") include process equipment, auxiliary equipment, and pressure pipelines belonging to public utilities within the site boundary.
