Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of metal containers for canned food, product classification, quality requirements, food safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements. This standard applies to empty and filled can containers made of tin-plated or chromium-plated thin steel sheets and aluminum alloy thin sheets.
