Abstract
This part of GB/T 12706 specifies the structure, dimensions, and test requirements of extruded insulated power cables fixedly installed in distribution networks or industrial installations with a rated voltage of 35 kV. This part applies to cables with a longitudinal waterproof structure and their tests.
This part does not apply to cables subject to special installation and operating conditions, such as overhead cables, cables used in the mining industry, cables used in nuclear power plants (inside and near the safety shell), and cables used underwater or on ships.
