GB/T 14034.4-2023 Connections for hydraulic fluid power—Metallic tube connectors—Part 4:60° cone connectors
Abstract
This document specifies the general design requirements, basic dimensions, and performance requirements for 60° conical metal pipe fittings with or without O-ring seals (applicable to metal pipes with an outer diameter of 6 mm to 50 mm or hoses with an inner diameter of 5 mm to 51 mm), as well as the acceptance test for qualification.
The pipe fittings specified in this document are suitable for transition connections between metal pipes or hose fittings and oil ports that comply with GB/T 2878.1 and ISO 1179-1 (for related hose fittings specifications, see GB/T 9065.6).
Note 1: For new application designs, the relevant requirements are given in Section 9.6. Where the use of elastic seals is permitted, pipe fittings designs that comply with national standards and include elastic seals are preferred.
Note 2: For use under conditions outside the specified pressure and temperature ranges, see Section 5.3.
