GB/T 34275-2017

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the construction, commissioning, and operation, maintenance, and inspection of long-distance (oil and gas) commodity medium pipelines (GA class). This standard applies to the design, materials, installation, non-destructive testing, commissioning, and operation, maintenance, and inspection of long-distance pipelines. Long-distance pipelines refer to pipelines used for transporting (oil and gas) commodity medium between production sites, storage facilities, and users. The scope of the pipeline systems applicable to this standard is shown in Figure 1. Oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipelines that meet the relevant conditions of this standard can implement this standard. This standard does not apply to public pipelines (GB class), industrial pipelines (GC class), power pipelines (GD class); nor does it apply to other types of pipelines, such as pipelines dedicated to electricity (telecommunications), pipelines for military equipment and nuclear facilities, pipelines for offshore facilities and mines, pipelines on mobile equipment, pipelines for oil, natural gas, geothermal and other exploration and extraction devices, and gas networks belonging to urban gas stations after the station entrance.
