Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for power battery management systems (hereinafter referred to as battery management systems) used in electric vehicles.
This standard applies to the management systems of lithium-ion power batteries and nickel-metal hydride power batteries used in electric vehicles. The management systems of other types of power batteries can be implemented with reference to this standard.
