Abstract
This standard specifies the principles, contents, and methods for calculating the benefits of comprehensive water and soil conservation management.
This standard is applicable to the calculation of the benefits of comprehensive water and soil conservation management in small watersheds in areas prone to water erosion and areas where water and wind erosion overlap. It can also be used for the calculation of the benefits of comprehensive water and soil conservation management in large and medium-sized watersheds and in administrative units of different scopes (provinces, regions, counties, townships, and villages).
