Abstract
This standard specifies the test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for breadcrumb-coated frozen fish.
This standard applies to frozen products or pre-fried products that are breadcrumb-coated or batter-coated, made from fresh fish, frozen fish, frozen fish fillets, or frozen fish strips and chunks composed of minced fish meat.
