Abstract
This part applies to electrical insulation systems containing solid and liquid components, where thermal stress is the main factor of aging, regardless of the voltage level. This part does not apply to electrical insulation systems with porcelain insulation.
This part specifies the dual temperature test procedures for thermal evaluation and identification of electrical insulation systems.
