GB/T 38969-2020 Guide on technology for power system
Abstract
This standard specifies the basic technical requirements of the power system, as well as requirements for power supply arrangements, power supply access, inter-system communication lines, DC transmission systems, transmission and reception systems, reactive power compensation and voltage control, recovery after a complete power outage of the power system, relay protection, safety automatic devices, dispatch automation, and power communication systems.
This standard applies to power systems with a voltage level of 220 kV and above. Power systems below 220 kV (including distributed power sources) can refer to and implement it accordingly.
