GB/T 17421.1-2023 Test code for machine tools—Part 1:Geometric accuracy of machines operating under no-load or quasi-static conditions
Abstract
This document specifies the testing methods for the geometric accuracy and operational accuracy of machine tools under no-load or quasi-static conditions, which are also applicable to the testing of other types of industrial machinery. This document applies to power-driven machine tools for processing metals, wood, etc., which process workpieces by removing material through cutting or generating plastic deformation. It is not applicable to power-driven portable hand tools. This document only involves the geometric accuracy testing of machine tools, not the operational testing of machine tools (such as vibration, component creep, etc.) and parameter inspection (speed, feed rate). This document does not involve the geometric accuracy testing of high-speed mechanical movements where the cutting force is generally less than the acceleration force.
