Abstract
This standard specifies the graphic symbols for dental equipment. These symbols are intended to be used on the appropriate parts of dental equipment and in the accompanying documents of dental equipment, such as user manuals, markings, labels, and product technical documents.
This standard applies to all types of dental equipment. Most symbols are derived from relevant ISO, IEC, or other international documents, and some new symbols provided by manufacturers or users have also been added.
