Abstract
This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for blasting operations and for blasting units to purchase, transport, store, use, process, inspect, and destroy blasting materials.
This standard applies to all kinds of civilian blasting operations and to the non-military engineering blasting conducted by the People's Liberation Army of China and the Chinese People's Armed Police Force.
