Abstract
This standard specifies the general principles of firefighters' on-site emergency rescue, personnel and equipment requirements, basic rescue procedures, and typical injury treatment methods.
This standard applies to the emergency rescue of victims at disaster and accident scenes by public security fire brigades. Other forms of fire brigades, such as professional fire brigades and volunteer fire brigades, may refer to and implement it when conducting emergency rescue operations.
