Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of fully enclosed electric motor compressors used in room air conditioners.
This standard applies to fully enclosed electric motor compressors used in room air conditioners with refrigerants R22 and R410A (hereinafter referred to as compressors, including rotary compressors, scroll compressors, and piston compressors).
Similar compressors with other types of refrigerants can be used for reference.
