Abstract
This part of GB/T 19668 stipulates the general principles of information system engineering supervision and related information technology services (hereinafter referred to as supervision and related services) in the construction and operation and maintenance of information systems.

——Units and personnel engaged in supervision and related services;
——Owners of information system projects;
——Contractors of information system projects;
——Suppliers and purchasers of information system operation and maintenance services;
——Education, training and research units engaged in supervision and related services.
