Abstract
This part of GB/T 13738 specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of broken black tea. This part applies to broken black tea made from the buds, leaves, and tender stems of the tea plant Camellia sinensis (Linnaeus. ) O.Kuntze, which are processed through withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying.
