Abstract
This document stipulates the general requirements for waterway passenger transportation services, as well as the requirements for waterway passenger stations, carriers, ticketing, information services, safety and emergency response, complaint handling, and service evaluation.
This document applies to the services and management of domestic waterway passenger transportation.
This document does not apply to the passenger services and management of ocean cruise ships and township ferry ports.
