Abstract
This standard specifies the determination of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, and lead in food contact materials and products, as well as the determination of the migration of aluminum, arsenic, barium, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, lead, antimony, tin, and zinc from these materials and products.
The first part applies to the determination of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, and lead in food contact paper and cardboard materials and products, cork stoppers, and bamboo and wooden products.
The second part applies to the determination of the migration of aluminum, arsenic, barium, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, lead, antimony, tin, and zinc from plastic materials and products used in food contact, coatings and coatings used in food contact, rubber materials and products used in food contact, inks used in food contact materials and products, adhesives used in food contact materials and products, paper and cardboard materials and products used in food contact, pacifiers, enamel products, ceramic products, glass products, plastic resins used in food contact, and metal materials and products used in food contact.
