Abstract
This part of GB 7000 specifies the special requirements for ground-embedded lamps using electric light sources with a power supply voltage not exceeding 1,000 V. These lamps are suitable for indoor or outdoor use, such as gardens, courtyards, driveways, parking lots, bicycle lanes, sidewalks, pedestrian walking areas, areas outside the safety extra-low voltage zone of swimming pools, nurseries, and similar places.
This part does not cover ground-embedded lamps installed on motor vehicle lanes and airport runways as specified in IEC 61827-1).
