GB/T 20289-2006 Electrical storage water heaters
Abstract
This standard specifies the product classification, structural requirements, performance requirements, test methods, manufacturing and production tests, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of storage-type electric water heaters for household and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as water heaters). The safety performance of the water heaters covered by this standard shall comply with the requirements of GB 4706.1 "General Safety Requirements for Household and Similar-Use Appliances" and GB 4706.12 "Special Requirements for Storage-Type Electric Water Heaters for Household and Similar-Use Appliances". Electric water heaters that use other auxiliary energy sources shall also comply with this standard.
