GB/T 14781-2023 Earth-moving machinery—Wheeled machines—Steering requirements
Abstract
This document specifies the test methods and performance criteria for the steering system used to evaluate the steering capability of wheeled and ridden earthmoving machinery as defined in GB/T 8498—2017. Wheeled machines include machines equipped with wheels, one or more rollers, or track assemblies.
This document addresses the following major hazards, dangerous situations, or dangerous events related to wheeled machines under reasonably foreseeable conditions of intended use and misuse by the manufacturer:
——Mechanical hazards;
——Ergonomic hazards;
——Hazards caused by maintenance;
——Hazards caused by control systems;
——Hazards related to driving functions.
This document does not include content related to the functional safety of the steering system.
This document is not applicable to wheeled machines manufactured before the date of publication of this document.
