Abstract
This standard specifies the quality assessment methods for safety-level stationary charging devices and inverter devices installed outside the containment of nuclear power plants, to ensure that they can perform their intended functions under specified operating conditions.
This standard is not applicable to guiding the application of charging devices and inverter devices in power systems of nuclear power plants, nor does it stipulate the specific performance requirements of these devices.
