GB/T 31356-2014 Quality evaluation and control guide for commercial coal
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions related to commercial coal, quality evaluation indicators, quality control indicators and control values, testing methods, marking, quality inspection and circulation requirements, as well as the technical requirements for quality evaluation and control in trade contracts.
This standard applies to all aspects of commercial coal production, processing, storage and transportation, sales, import, and use.
This standard does not apply to pit-mouth self-use coal and low-heat-value coal used in power plants.
