This standard specifies the detailed classification of products belonging to Category L (lubricants, industrial oils, and related products) Group N (insulating fluids) according to ISO 8681:1986 and GB/T 7631.1—2008. The products involved include those derived from petroleum refining, synthetic chemical products, and synthetic esters, as well as natural esters.
This standard applies to products of Group N (insulating fluids).
