Abstract
This part of DZ/T 0275 stipulates the basic requirements for sample preparation, instrumentation and equipment, identification methods, environment, experimental records, preparation of identification reports, and sample disposal in rock and mineral identification work.
This part is applicable to sample preparation and identification of rock specimens for regional geological surveys, mineral exploration, engineering surveys, and mineral utilization.
This part is not applicable to sample preparation and identification of coal rock, salt rock, and oil rock specimens.
