Abstract
This standard specifies the rules for comparing the measured values of various surface structure parameters defined in GB/T 3505—2009, GB/T 18618, GB/T 18778.2—2003, and GB/T 18778.3—2006 with their tolerance limits.
This standard also stipulates the default rule for selecting the cutoff wavelength λc when using the stylus instrument specified in GB/T 6062 to measure the roughness profile parameters defined in GB/T 3505—2009.
