GB 4234.9-2023 Implants for surgery—Metallic materials—Part 9:Wrought high nitrogen stainless steel
Abstract
This document specifies the characteristics of high-strength and corrosion-resistant surgical implants made from stainless steel with a nitrogen content of 0.25% to 0.50%, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to the testing and evaluation of forged high-nitrogen stainless steel materials used in the manufacture of surgical implants. Note: For the requirements of other surgical implant stainless steels, please refer to GB 4234.1.
