GB/T 13871.4-2023 Rotary shaft lip-type seals incorporating elastomeric sealing elements—Part 4:Performance test procedures
Abstract
This document specifies the symbols and marking instructions for rotating shaft labyrinth seals (hereinafter referred to as seals) with elastomeric materials as the sealing elements, and describes the methods for pre-test inspection, dynamic testing, and low-temperature testing. This document is applicable to seals used under low-pressure conditions (see GB/T 13871.1). Note: GB/T 13871 (all parts) and GB/T 21283 (all parts) complement each other. GB/T 21283 (all parts) specifies rotating shaft labyrinth seals with thermoplastic materials as the sealing elements.
