Abstract
This part of GB/T 18015 specifies the installation conditions, materials, and cable structures, as well as the performance and requirements of twisted or star-twisted symmetrical cables with transmission characteristics of 1200 MHz and below. This part is applicable to cables defined in GB/T 18233 and ISO/IEC 15018 for use in buildings, equipment, and work areas, with a maximum of four wire pairs simultaneously; the cable structure is 4 pairs of individually shielded wire pairs, and the cable core can be covered with a total shield. Note: The cables specified in this part are suitable for operation under the voltage and current specified by the communication system, and should not be used for low-impedance power supplies in public power supply systems. This part is used in conjunction with GB/T 18015.1-2017.
