GB/T 15558.5-2023 Buried polyethylene(PE) piping systems for the supply of gaseous fuels—Part 5:Fitness for purpose of the system
Abstract
This document specifies the sample preparation and mechanical properties of joints for the applicability of buried polyethylene (PE) gas piping systems, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document, together with other parts of GB/T 15558, is applicable to buried polyethylene gas piping systems with an operating temperature of -20 ℃ to 40 ℃ and a maximum operating pressure (MOP) of no more than 1.0 MPa, including pipes, fittings, ball valves, and their joints or components.
